Advanced interface

Quick and easy to set up, the Digiload system speeds up the testing process. It gives you accurate data that can be stored and accessed whenever you need it.

Ethernet connectivity makes it the most flexible system on the market, making user control, servicing and support a breeze.

Processing power

Digiload is the most powerful load bank control system on the market.

Utilising a single-board computer, complete with quad core 1.5Ghz processor and 2Gb of LPDDR4 SD RAM, it processes and presents data at high speed.

Local or remote control, or both

There are three user control options: local touchscreen, rugged remote control or remote via Ethernet connection.

Each load bank with Digiload is supplied with a touch screen, available as either a 7” or 10” size. The remote control is IP66 to protect it from what the world (and you) can throw at it. The option to control via data link is made over Ethernet.

 

Load profile memory

Digiload lets you input your own pre-configured load step sequences so you can quickly and easily run repetitive tests. There is no limit to the number of sequences you can save.

It’s particularly useful for portable load banks, as you can bring the load bank to the generator and immediately run the required test. The repetitive set-ups save time and fuel by avoiding the risk of tests lasting longer than necessary.

Power measurement

Digiload measures:

·       Voltage (Vrms)

·       Current (Irms)

·       Power (kW)

For AC, it also measures:

·       Apparent Power (kV)

·       Reactive power (kVAr)

·       Power factor (cos-phi)

Measurements are sampled 6,400 times per second, and the data is displayed on-screen in real-time.

Data logging

Test records are automatically downloaded onto the USB stick in a .csv format. This makes it quicker and easier to interpret what is going on.

All data including the power measurements, alarm states and air temperatures are recorded to the internal memory card at a default rate of 1 sample per second.

Highly efficient data storage means Digiload can store days’ worth of test data.

 

Remote diagnostics and repairs

If needed, we can quickly connect to the Digiload system from our headquarters. This can be done using the Gigabit Ethernet port or optional cellular 4G data connection module.

As such, we’re able to provide remote support to your service team wherever you are in the world.

Future proof

The Digiload software platform can be upgraded and updated over time. Simply connect the load bank to a network with Ethernet cable, or the optional 4G modem and request the update.

Remote Control – the Digiload remote provides the ability to control a load bank via a wired connection. Housed in a rugged IP66 case it includes a 10” touch screen, emergency stop and 2 x USB data ports.

Cellular connectivity module - Up to 4G data connection speeds, this module enables the system for hassle free remote support, and software updates. SIM card and technical support data allowance included.

Data cable - up to 100m lengths of Cat 5 Ethernet cable with rugged connectors can be supplied. Quoted to suit specific length requested.

USB flash stick - 32GB Power Prove branded USB flash drive, pre-formatted for automatic downloads from the DIGILOAD system.
