Key features

Easy connections

Powerlock style connectors fitted to the main load terminals make connection to the supply under test simple, fast, and secure. The power connections are located away from the control panel.

Portability

With integrated forklift points, you can easily transport the AC300 load bank to any location.

There is the option to move the load bank around on-site as heavy duty castors are included as standard. However, the design can alternatively be installed in a fixed location if preferred, as the heavy-duty castors can be replaced by mounting brackets with holes for anchor bolts.

Reliable construction

The resistor elements used are from our catalogue of highly robust industrial stamped grid technology using stainless steel. The construction puts the cooling airflow in direct contact with the conductor surface to maximise heat transfer, thus providing the longest possible operating life for the elements.

Optional extras

Remote control

Available for units fitted with Digiload, the remote provides the ability to control a load bank via a wired connection. Housed in a rugged IP66 case it includes a 10” touch screen, emergency stop and 2 USB data ports.

Protective PVC cover

Available for additional protection during transport or storage.

Network capability

When this hardware capability is enabled, the load bank can be connected with other load banks via Modbus TCP to create a centrally controlled network.

Supply cables

Lengths of 5m, 10m, 25m as standard. Terminated each end with Powerlock source sockets (for load bank connection) and cable lugs (for connection to supply under test).

Anchor bolt mounting plates

Available for permanent installation. (no-cost option since supplied instead of heavy duty castors)
